Employment opportunities for licensed mental health care and behavioral health care providers: psychologists, clinical social workers, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners (NP) and clinical nurse specialists (CNS). VeriCare is a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing consistent, competent and comprehensive mental health programs to older adults in long term care. We recruit and train capable, ethical, and qualified individuals who enhance the trustworthiness of our organization. VeriCare is also dedicated to enhancing the skills and training of psychologists, psychiatrists and social workers working in long-term care and to helping this profession become firmly established among the team of health care providers in this area. We currently service over 1,000 facilities in eight states, and employ more than 300 full and part-time psychologists, psychiatrists, clinical social workers and nurse practitioners / clinical nurse specialists who provide assessment, treatment, behavior management, medication management to residents and their families, and inservice training to staff. Mental health care and behavioral health care providers are hired only as employees of the company; independent contractors are not used.
