“My passion is the diverse group of people that I have the opportunity to work with every day, from practitioners right out of clinical training to advanced clinicians, who are attracted by Vericare's flexible schedule, full benefits and collegial environment. I find it rewarding to provide support and programs that meet our clinician's high standards of professional and personal growth.”

Clinical and Administrative Support
It’s There When You Need It
When you join Vericare’s community
of professionals, you’ll experience the clinical and administrative support
that is a hallmark of being part of our team. You’ll participate in a thorough
company orientation, developed by Vericare’s Human Resources professionals,
where you’ll learn about the company’s values, culture, processes, and operations.
During that orientation we will provide you with assistance in completing your
credentialing applications—we’ll streamline the process for you, saving you
precious hours and energy.
You’ll also take part in a
clinical orientation with your clinical operations manager (COM) so that you
can become familiar with Vericare’s clinical philosophy and practices, including
documentation of notes and other procedures. The COM will introduce you to your
facilities and team members and provide support in developing relationships
with facility staff and developing caseloads. In addition, you’ll be assigned a mentor, who
is there to support you and answer any questions you may not feel comfortable
raising with your COM.
Vericare also offers a full benefits package and provides complete
referral and billing services so that you can focus on being a clinician and on
your patients needs.
A Supportive Team
“I began as a part- time provider with Vericare, eventually decided to go full- time, and I love it! The team is very supportive and gets back to you on issues immediately. My supervisor was most supportive and patient as I made this career move. Vericare is always on top of things in patient care, credentialing and the latest regulatory changes. Working with the elderly and their families has been very rewarding.”
