    Cammile C. Bird

    Cammile C. Bird

    Vice President, Sales and Marketing

    Cammile Bird joined Vericare with more than 14 years of extensive health care experience, primarily in business development, sales and provider relations. She brings high level managerial experience in sales and marketing, along with strong financial management skills to her current position. Her considerable background in healthcare has included work with hospice, skilled nursing facilities, managed care, medical facility administration and operations, as well as sales training, provider/customer relations, medical recruiting, and contract management.

    She joined Vericare after nearly 10 years with INSPIRIS/ Hospice INSPIRIS in Phoenix, AZ where she served in a number of capacities including Regional Director of Business Development, Vice President of Provider Relations- Network Development, Vice President Advanced Care Planning, Vice President Community Outreach and Executive Director of Operations.

    Ms. Bird earned her Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University. She is a member of the National Association for Female Executives.

    Karim S. Chalhoub

    Vice President, General Manager

    As Vice President and General Manager, Karim Chalhoub directs Vericare's patient account services, client services, documentation services and IT department. He provides direction and oversight to Vericare's clinical operations managers in California, as well as being responsible for fiscal and operational management there.

    Mr. Chalhoub joined Vericare after nearly six years with SYMED Behavioral Medicine where he was a senior vice president of finance and operations.

    He earned his MBA at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN and his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

    Vice President, Human Resources

    Molly Chase, Vericare's Vice President, Human Resources, is engaged primarily in developing and driving the company's strategic initiatives. She is also responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the Vericare's human resources activities including recruiting, credentialing and organizational and professional development.

    Ms. Chase was instrumental in creating and implementing the Advancing Clinical Excellence (ACE) initiative that resulted in the company being named overall winner and recipient of the prestigious Grand Prize for Workplace Excellence awarded by the San Diego Society for Human Resource Management.

    She earned her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, and her Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Providence College in Providence, RI. She is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management).

    Mary-Jo Georgiev, Ph. D.

    Vice President for Clinical Services-Psychology

    As Vericare's Vice President for Clinical Services- Psychology, Dr. Georgiev provides clinical leadership for psychologists and LCSWs nationally. She is responsible for designing and implementing clinical training programs for all new clinicians, as well as creating continuing education courses and other clinically-based training and professional development modules for all Vericare practitioners. She serves as a member of Vericare's Quality and Compliance Committee, coaches and provides support to Clinical Operations Managers throughout all regions in which Vericare operates, and is responsible for Quality Management of policies and procedures to enhance clinical documentation compliance.

    Dr. Georgiev joined Vericare in 2005 as a full-time clinician and has also served as Clinical Operations Manager for Vericare's San Diego region.

    Dr. Georgiev earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, CA, and a B.A. in Psychology from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Vericare, Dr. Georgiev worked as a clinical psychologist in a private-practice setting.

    Bart Rossi, Ph.D., Diplomat Clinical Psychology

    Vice President and General Manager, Vericare Mid-Atlantic Region

    Dr. Bart Rossi brings more than three decades of experience in clinical psychology to his role as Vice President and General Manager, Vericare Mid-Atlantic Region. A Diplomat in Clinical Psychology, published author and frequent presenter and speaker, Dr. Rossi joined Vericare after many years as President and CEO of Rossi Psychological Group, a behavioral health services organization he founded in 1978. As Vice President and General Manager, he provides direction and oversight to all clinical managers in Vericare's Mid-Atlantic region, and is responsible for fiscal and operational management as well.

    Dr. Rossi earned his Ph.D. in General Theoretical Psychology and his M.A. in General Psychology at Fordham University in New York. He also holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH and a B.A. in Psychology from Parson's College in Fairfield, IO.

    He is a member of the American Psychological Association, American Association for the Advancement of Psychology, New Jersey Academy of Psychology, New Jersey Psychological Association, New Jersey Association for the Advancement of Psychology, New Jersey Psychological Trust, and the Advisory Committee to the Somerset County Mental Health Board.

    David Zimmermann, Ph. D.

    Senior Vice President, General Manager, Vericare Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Indiana and Florida

    Dr. Zimmermann has been with Vericare since 1995 and has been a practicing clinical psychologist since 1985. In his current position as Senior Vice President and General Manager, he provides direction and oversight to all clinical managers in Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Indiana and Florida, as well as fiscal and operational management for those regions.

    During his nearly 15 years with the Vericare, Dr. Zimmermann has also served as Vice President of Clinical Operations. He joined the company as a psychologist in the Central Texas region. Dr. Zimmermann earned a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, a Masters in Education, and a B.S. in Education, all at the University of Texas in Austin. Before joining Vericare, Dr. Zimmermann worked in private practice and number of treatment centers as a clinical psychologist.
